You acknowlege that you use this service at your own risk.

You will not use this service in connection with a website that is deemed pornographic or illegal in any way, shape or form.

You hold BlogCounter.org harmless in relation to any form of damage caused to you in relation to using this service.

BlogCounter.org offers this services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees of any kind. BlogCounter.org does not guarantee that BlogCounter.org will be fit or suitable for any purpose.

You will compensate BlogCounter.org for any harm or damage that you cause it.

You will not modify the BlogCounter.org counter code given to you.

If you feel that the BlogCounter.org counter code is not appropriate or that it violates any applicable laws, then you may not use BlogCounter.org.

You declare that you are legally entitled to make use of BlogCounter.org.

BlogCounter.org may terminate your account/s for any or no reason. BlogCounter.org may modify this agreement without notice.

BlogCounter.org’s failure to enforce a particular term or condition herein does not constitute a waiver of the same.

If it is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction that any provision contained in this agreement is illegal or unenforceable, such determination shall solely affect the subject illegal or unenforceable provision and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions in this agreement.

This agreement supersedes any and all negotiations, understandings or agreements, whether written or verbal, between you and BlogCounter.org regarding the subject matter hereof. This agreement may not be changed nor modified, nor may any provision hereof be waived, except in writing by BlogCounter.org.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canberra ACT, Australia. You hereby agree to submit to the Jurisdiction of Canberra ACT, Australia law.
